Why partner with us

Your clients. Better served.

When your client has a mortgage question you can't answer, who do you send them to? Make it us — and we'll make you look good every time.

💼

For RIBO Insurance Brokers

Your home and auto clients are already homeowners — or soon will be. Mortgage referrals are a natural extension of the relationship you've already built. We handle the mortgage entirely; you get the credit for the connection.

📊

For Accountants & CPAs

Self-employed clients especially need mortgage guidance — and banks often fail them. You know their income structure better than anyone. We translate that to lenders who'll actually approve them.

🏡

For Real Estate Agents

Pre-qualified buyers close faster and with fewer conditions. A trusted mortgage broker referral strengthens your deal from offer to keys. We respond to time-sensitive requests within minutes.

How it works

Simple 3-step referral process

1

You introduce us

Send a quick text, email, or call — "I'm connecting you with Romel at My Future Mortgage." That's it.

2

We handle everything

Application, lender shopping, approval, conditions, funding — your client is in good hands from first call to closing.

You receive your referral fee

On funded deals, we share a portion of our commission with you. Disclosed, compliant, and paid promptly after funding.

Compliance note

Fully compliant referral structure

Referral fees between mortgage brokers and other licensed professionals (RIBO, FSRA, CPA) are permitted under Ontario regulation when properly disclosed to the client. We provide a written disclosure of any referral arrangement to every client prior to application — protecting you, protecting them, and keeping everyone compliant.

Referral arrangements are governed by the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act and applicable FSRA guidelines. We recommend all partner professionals review their own regulatory requirements for referral arrangements with their governing body.
