My Future Mortgage receives compensation from lenders upon successful mortgage funding. This compensation (typically 0.6–1.1% of the mortgage amount) is paid by the lender and does not affect the rate you receive. In private mortgage transactions, a brokerage fee payable by the borrower may apply — this will be disclosed in writing prior to any commitment.
